Q. How long has Camping Connect been operating?

A. Camping Connect have been operating holiday park Wi-Fi services since 2011

Q. How many parks do Camping Connect have connected to their Wi-Fi network?

A. Over 450 throughout the UK and Ireland

Q. Will the pricing be different?

A. The pricing model will be different but based on Camping Connects current prices the cost per device will become less and there will be greater flexibility on subscription length. A current price list is attached

Q. Will there be any downtime while the equipment gets upgraded?

A. There will be a short period during the day when the equipment is upgraded, but Camping Connect will be on-site and will keep you updated on the day

Q. Will it cost me, the park owner anything to provide the service in my park?

A. No

Q. Will there still be support available to the users?

A. Absolutely, all the Caravan Connect telephone numbers and email addresses will be directed straight into the Camping Connect Support Team

Q. If my guests have a subscription with Caravan Connect will this be switched over to Camping Connect?

A. Yes

Q. When is this likely to happen?

A. The takeover will happen no later than end of March 2019, with the equipment upgrades being planned shortly after this and throughout 2019
