You will receive this error message when you have used all available device slots on your tariff. If you would like to remove devices from your voucher you can fill in the relevant details below to remove your devices

  • Use this form to clear your voucher code of any logged in devices.

    If you find you have to clear your voucher to reconnect the same device, please ensure that you have random/private MAC addresses switched off on your device, as this can cause the voucher code to not recognise your device.
