How to find a lost voucher or payment

If you have forgotten or lost your voucher, you can use the ‘Lost Voucher’ application to help pick it out for you

  1. Connect to the Network (see our connection guides for individual help).
  2. Navigate to the splash page.
  3. Click the ‘Lost Voucher’ on the top right hand of the splash page.
  4. You will be taken to the lost voucher application where you simply enter your email address (the email address you entered when you used PayPal) and the date of purchase (UK format e.g. 14/10/2014).
  5. If your information is correct, you voucher will be displayed on screen for you to make a note of.
