Some users are able to hibernate their package for a period of time, pausing their subscription until they are ready to use it again. If you have this functionality, here is how you can hibernate your package.
- Go to https://portal.campingconnect.co.uk/account-manager/
- Log in to your account
- Go to Manage my Package / Schedule Auto Action
- Add new auto action
- Select Hibernate this package
- Select date you would like the package to start hibernation on
- Select re-activate on and select the date you would like the hibernation to finish
- Click Save
