The engineer will fix an antenna to the outside of your van, and then hard-wire that to your personal router, which will be located near your TV.

They will also leave a ‘Welcome to In Van Wi-Fi’ leaflet giving you guidance on how to connect your devices to your In Van Wi-Fi service.
