Please find below tools which we have created to allow you to have better control of your voucher and how you use it.

Add device to the network

This tool is used when you want to add a device to the network which may be having issues connecting. You can also use this tool with a smart TV / Games console or any device which does not allow you access to the splash page.

Remove Device from the network

This tool is used when you have reached the maximum users for your particular tariff. You can clear your voucher by entering your details. Please remember this will remove all currently connecting

Lost Voucher 

This tool is used when you have lost your voucher code or unsure if the code is correct. Please follow the intructions on the app. For further assistance please contact us
