- Click ‘Settings‘.
- Select ‘Device‘,
- Select ‘About‘.
- Select ‘Network‘.
- The wireless MAC address should be displayed.
- Contact us via our support form using the option ‘I cannot ever connect to the internet’ -> ‘Games Console/Smart TV’ and provide us with your MAC address, voucher code and park.
If this is not available try:
- Click ‘Settings’
- Select ‘My Fire TV’
- Select ‘About’
