Remove Devices from Your Account

Follow the steps below to remove devices from your account.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to Your Account:
    Go to the portal and log in using your account credentials.

  2. Navigate to Manage My Package:
    After logging in, click on “Manage My Package” from the dashboard menu.

  3. Select Subscribed Packages:
    Under the “Subscribed Packages” section, click on the “Advanced” button to view the list of devices associated with your account.

  4. Remove Your Device:
    Find the device you want to remove, then click on the “Delete” button.
